We’re almost halfway through our financial year and at
Insight Construction, we’re not just building structures —
we’re building a business that lasts. This month, we’re
pulling back the curtain to share where we stand financially,
what we’re focused on and how we’re stewarding growth in
a way that’s both ambitious and grounded.
Spotlight: Revenue Growth: 4X and Gaining Ground
At the start of 2025, we set ourselves a bold target — to grow
revenue by 4 times compared to last year. A few months ago, this
goal felt distant, even audacious. But today, with seven months to
go, we’ve secured nearly 60% of that target in contracted work.
This achievement is not just about numbers — it’s about
momentum. It confirms that Insight Construction is being
recognised in the market for the quality, dependability and
capability of our team and our delivery.
CASH IS KING: STRENGTHENING OUR BALANCE SHEET
Growth is only meaningful if it’s sustainable. So, while we’ve been
scaling top-line revenue, we’ve also focused heavily on strengthening
our balance sheet — ensuring we’re financially resilient, even in a
tough market.
Our key financial focus areas this quarter:
·Tightening collections on outstanding receivables
·Improving payment cycles from key clients
·Managing our supplier and subcontractor commitments responsibly
·Prioritising healthy working capital to support project execution
SYSTEMS THAT SUPPORT SCALE
Growth without systems becomes chaos. That’s why we’re actively:
·Implementing stronger project cash flow forecasting
·Refining our procurement and payment workflows
·Building standard operating procedures for commercial and finance functions
These aren’t back-office activities — they’re the backbone of delivery excellence.
The stronger our systems, the more confidently we can take on complex, multisite projects with confidence and clarity.
